While others pump iron to music, Eddy prefers listening to podcasts, though he can't resist the allure of a smooth R&B groove or a timeless 80s-90s jam. Guided by mantra of 'eat, rest, repeat, Eddy is not just about building muscles or stay fit. He dedicated to ensuring each day glides as smoothly as a well-greased slide.
